An inspired Workspace located in the RiNo Art District
Housing more than 65 companies, all sharing nearly 4 acres of office and common space under one roof, INDUSTRY Denver welcomes you back. Originally built in the 1940’s as a cold storage warehouse and serving as the city’s primary food market, INDUSTRY Denver pays homage to the past by repurposing the structure for modern commercial use.

Arriving and Parking
Bus: RTD Bus Route 48 drops you one block South of INDUSTRY.
Biking: The South Platte River bike trail exits off of 29th St. Just peddle around to the front of INDUSTRY where you can mount it to the railings / bike racks outside! There’s also a B-Cycle station right on the other side of 29th & Brighton, in front of Post Apartments (2890 Brighton Blvd)
Parking: The garage is $4 an hour, with a $12 max rate.
If you’re visiting any of our restaurants or retail establishments, each will provide a chaser ticket to validate your parking!
The Main Elevator is located right in the middle of the garage, and is best for building access– if you’re meeting with one of the companies inside, or attending an event that INDUSTRY Denver is hosting. Taking this elevator to the 1st floor will pop you into the River Entrance of the building. Either check in for your client on the iPad or follow signage for a specific event.
The North elevator is located to the far right when pulling into the garage, is best for visiting any of our 3 restaurants. Riding this down to the 1st floor will pop you out right next to Izakaya Ronin. Keep walking down the sidewalk to find Will Call and Mister Tuna.
The South stairwell, which is to the far left when pulling into the garage, will pop out right by Corepower Yoga’s RiNo Studio!
